why is there such thing as Life-Cycle????

do you believe that before your existence here on earth you had a past life???...did you had find proof that such person exist just like you..or preferably you??..life-cycle as it happens a long decades ago and exist again..just same as you now....

I don't know about past lives. I always was curious about it though.
but life cycle in psychology means your present life and the cycles it goes through,
birth, childhood, teenage years, adulthood, school, marriage, kids, job, retirement etc.
