I always remember when I lived in the Uk everyone moaned about the weather and talked about it all the time, even now the first thing people say to me is "whats the weather like" is there nothing else to talk about? We moan when it rains we moan when its hot and we moan when it snows LOL

LOL - this is one of those things that is typically British. We have always moaned about the weather, probably because it is so changeable. It's one of those foibles we seem to be stuck with hun,:-)

I spend a lot of time in the UK - can't wait to get home to Central Illinois. I remarked to a friend the other day that the sun here in the UK must be drawing one heck of a pension because I thought it had gone into permanent retirement. Winter or summer - hot or bitter cold where I live we get more sunshine than here in the UK. An umberella is an essential part of ones wardrobe.

We Brits like to chat about day to day matters. One thing that we are aware of is the changing weather. The UK has summer, autumn, winter and spring. The weather can get hot in the summer months of June to August. It can get really cold in the winter. I am a keen traveler and I love visiting tropical places and it is never too hot for me. It can get way too cold however.
