Not at all...what does it mean? For some reason, it sounds British. (A guy I used to work with was English and he had the most hilarious sayings...then again, he thought I was hilarious too with my Canadian sayin's, eh?)

Yeah its English. Its what you do on first day of month for a silly joke. You don't actually hurt the recipient though!

No I have not heard this expression before. Does it have something to do with telegrams?
