The dentist = The nightmare  

Hello people!!!
Does someone of you have cavities? and toothaches don't leave you alone to sleep? Well,i`m like that :( ... Everytime i go to the dentist and i wait my turn i get very scared of the dentist, only the sound of those instruments and the scream of patiences makes me shiver :| how can i beat my fear? what to do ? i can't sleep at night , can't think right can't do anything :| C'mon people advice me :| pls, i`m desperate!!! :|
