MP3, Help, | | Ok, so, MP3 worked fine when plugged into the computer right before the complete system restore, to manufacturer settings. Now, the computer sees the MP3 as a disc...........I can't download, I cant do anything, I cant even charge it. Does anyone have any help for me? How can I make the computer recognize it as a device, rather than a disc? This has me so lost, any advise is totally appreciated!!!!!

When you plug your MP3 to USB it will always be recognized as a disc or drive, if you want to play music from that MP3 you explore that disk select a title and double click it, your Media player will play it. If you want to transfer that music to your c: HD, in explorer drag that title to c: and vise versa. Your MP3 is automatically charge if plugged. As for downloading music, search the web for your kind of music and download and save to your MP3 drive.

| treastrinity (15) | 8 months ago | TY, I will try that. But, since the first time the device wasn't recognized it deleted all media on the MP3. And no, it is not charging when I plug it in. That is another problem I am having, it lights up, like its charging, but the battery doesn't blink, to show it charging. I'm begining to wonder if it's a computer problem, rather than mp3.

ferdzNK (2055) | 8 months ago | I don't think its the PC, have you tried Wallstreet advice? Your basis of not charging is charging light not blinking. Does it has to LED(small light)? One for data and one for charging? If just one LED, it will not blink if you're doing nothing with it like playing MP3 or transferring. Does it easily drains out after you unplug it? Can you play music with it when not plugged?
