The Contact Them Network - Anyone familiar with this? I have questions

Someone contacted me via my blog and told me that I would be eligible to earn up to $4800 a month to display ads. Is anyone familiar with this program? How does it work? The man said it was based on traffic and not clicks, but I doubt I could even earn $1 a month.

I've seen this too and can't get away fast enough everytime I see it. I wish I could reach thru my computer and grab one of those people by the throat.
