yes, there are plenty. For example swimming, jogging, even walking can reduce stomach fat. But the duration will be vary from one to the other. My favorite one is jogging ( highly recommended for people in their 40th or 50th ), you don't have to be very intense to do that, just include it to be your daily routine. When you don't have much time to do that, just jumping or quick walking for a while in your house would be fine. Of course jogging in the morning with blessing wind around you and morning dew on the flower pleasing your sight would be great :)

the best way to get a flat stomach is to do sit-ups, proper diet, leg lifts, push-ups and 30 minute run at least three times a week. there is no easy way to get your stomach flat. you must do a series of exercises to make it stay flat as long as you live. you should also continue to do these exercises as long as you live. exercise is always good so this is for your own good and it will help you to live a better and successful life. you will start to notice the effects of the series of exercises after 8 weeks of doing them. it's hard from the start but once you keep doing them and never stop, it gets easier. i have been there and i am telling you right now that i am feeling the greatest feeling ever, the feeling of being physically fit. i love it and i would not trade it for anything else. you should start your exercise next week. remember to rest at least 48 hours after your first intense few exercises. then after that you can alternate the different exercises i gave you to different days.
