Having recently undergone health complications and waiting for the british NHS to sort out an appointment for me. I took it upon myself to make a lifestyle change in order to prevent any further health issues. So having a background in nutrition I chose the high protein low carb, organic option, no processed crap. It has really made a difference, I'm feeling really energetic, alert, and losing weight, then getting a full nights sleep.
Anyone I mention it to however comes out with the whole "Ewww, I couldn't live off eggs for a year". But it's not all eggs!!! Maybe it's just me having a decent imagination and coming out with some clever recipe ideas but has anyone else experienced this and did you prove the critics wrong?

I use soya in its various forms when I want to increase my protein daily intake without increasing my fat or cholesterol intake. I buy organically grown soya in various formats but the one I use the most is shredded granules, I add it to to soups and dishes that have multiple ingredients I tried making a bolognaise but can't get the balance right. My brother makes a omelet in which he adds soya to an egg and then adds spices, garlic etc it is quite tasty. I have tried soya milk, but do not enjoy it although soya milkshakes and sprouts are okay, but soya is a bean and all beans are rich in protein and low in fat also they contain high level of fibre.
