Hi! I am a library assistant who is good with technology and am thinking of changing direction in my career. I would like to know more about IT careers and wonder if the Cisco Academy was a good place to start. Has anyone attended any of those classes? Are they good? Did they help you with your job or career? Would they help someone who might was to be a Information System Analyst or Technician?
