What do you think of the new character, Whitney Rome?

I just wanted to throw this out for discussion...what do you guys think of the newbie on board this season, Whitney Rome? Do you like her? Do you like her character? Or do you wish she didn't join the firm? I'm not sold on her yet. I don't know what it is about her but I just haven't been able to warm up to her. Katie made a great addition and was so easy to like. I can't put my finger on it--maybe it is that she just doesn't come off as friendly?? What's your thoughts?
