I used to be like you too - getting upset about his comments about other women or film stars. A lot of the time I would threaten him that the relationship was over and this happened quite frequently. It was only until we sat down and talked about my and his outbursts and tried to figure out what triggered it. The conclusion was that we were both feeling insecure about ourselves and with each other. Once the problem was identified and analysed in a calm manner our relationship grew stronger and we started to trust each other. I'm not saying that we don't fight anymore, because we do! But it's no longer over small petty things, but we always we things out. Communication is key in a relationship so that both parties know where each other stand and what troubles they have on their minds at the time. As I said before you have to assess whether your relationship is worth fighting for and then take the next step of building a strong foundation for your relationship.
