I remember meeting this one 80-year-old nun, tiny and birdlike, she said that when she was a child she wanted to be a ballerina. I still wonder at that transformation from a ballerina to a nun...
I thought for a short while about becoming a marine biologist because I liked watching the scuba divers on the Calypso. I became a reporter first and then a therapist.
It seems like many of us are not as we thought that we would be when we were children.
What is it that you thought that you would become whan you were a child?
What is it that you have become as an adult?

It sounds like you raised something better than norses... Children collected and loved by you...
Friendship and motherhood are priceless.
I am glad that you had them...
sorry that you did not get the ranch full of horses... Hoping that you at least have gotten some access to a horse so at least one part of the dream can be alive.

I had no idea that it cost so much to ride one but it figures... Sorry it is that way. Glad you enjoy other things and your children too.
