Global warming has nothing to do with us - it is happening because of sun cycles and there is absolutely nothing man can do to stop it, change it or influence it.
The second part of your discussion is to do with waste. Here we can certainly do something about it and we should all try to reduce waste and re-cycle materials.

I agree.
Here in the UK our summer's are getting wetter and cooler. This is just simply mother nature doing it's thing and following previous cycle's. I think the goverment cover up alot of fact's regarding global warming to increse taxes and make us feel bad. Surely sciencetist's who get soil/ice/rock sample's that show how our climate's were and which year rained the most could get the message across to the people in power that it is just a natural process.

Friends of mine tried to sail to Shackleton Base on Antarctica three months back - note: middle of southern summer.
God knows how many tons of carbon the Russian ice breaker emitted trying to break through the ice but after several days the skipper had to give up - the ice was too thick this year. Some very annoyed tourists he had on board!
Now the news media would have you thinking all the ice is melting. Well so it is in some places but then it is getting thicker in other places.
Do I see a balance of nature here somewhere?

I think the main cause of global warming is airpolution and deforestation. As a result of deforestation the amount of oxygen is reducing day by day in air and amount of carbon-di-oxide increasing.Smoke from vehicles and industry contain gases like sulphur-di-oxide,carbon mono oxide which cause green house effect. To stop global warming first thing we have to do planting more and more trees.Reducing uses of vehicle instead of personal vehicle we should use public transport.I am from india India has many recycling company.

Well for the starters, I have reduced the use of refrigerator. Then there's this campaign that requests people to shut off the lights and all in their house for one hour every week or one decided day. Been following that and it feels so good sometimes that nobody can ping you on ur IM, no calls, no TV, No noise. Just a candle and maybe a book. Perfect Combination. Other than that I use roll on deo's rather than Aerosol sprays and that also reduces the amount of CFC's released in the atmosphere.
