What kind of oil do you fry your chicken in?

I use Canola Oil. When we were young, my aunt would use Lard. Now, this has too much, grease in it. Nowadays, I try to cook my chicken the smarter way. Which is mostly, cholesterol free and fat free. I also use olive oil. This also works as well.

Hello cream. My wife is the chef at home. She usually cooks food with peanut oil. I also love peanut oil as it smells so good. Sometimes we also use some other oil as well, like corn oil, which contains zero cholesterol, protein, and carbohydrate. We love more of plant oil in general. Thank you.

I also use canola oil but for frying chicken, if I want my it to be crispier, I use corn oil or palm oil or any other vegetable oil.

I usually use sunflower or vegetable but I am thinking of switching to olive oil... But I dont think you get the same taste...
