Downloading Items Off The Internet And Adding Them To My Game, How Do I Do It?

-Alright when you download the clothes or etc. they will be in compressed zipper folders

-from there open up the compressed zipper folder

-in the top left hand corner it will say "Extract all files" you press that and then it will ask you where you want to extract the files

- so you choose "my documents" then "ea games" then from there you pick " the sims2" and in that folder you will find a folder called "downloads" and that's where you want to extract the files

-then you continue with all the other files in the same order

Make you open up your Sims 2 Download folder:
Just search for Sims. Click on the folder that says Downloads. Thats where you going to put all your things you download .

It is really easy! Just go to a sims site you like to download. One my of faves is:

They have really nice cars and like yourself you love downtown so might as well get a nice car too right?!

From there go to download and pick out of the list what you want to download. Then just click on in and it will take you to want to download. Click on the picture and it will take you to the page. Then click download. A pop up will come up asking if you want to download it click open and it should start downloading. Then a different window will open with the file and just copy and past it to your Sims 2 Download folder!

First you need to go to your 'My Documents' folder. In this fold, you have to create another folder and name that one 'Downloads'. All of the stuff you downloaded will show up in the game itself. Now, if you have a download that has a purple icon. Just click it and that will install the content into the 'Downloads' folder all by itself. I hope this was informative enough for you.
