does your dog dislike cats?

i have a little dog ,and my neighbor have a cat. each time when i have a work with my dog ,and go by my neighbor 's house, if my dog see the cat ,he will be very angry and bark toward the cat. i don't know why he dislike the lovely cat.

i have neither dogs nor cats. but i believe they generally hate each other. i even think that they are enemies by nature of each other.

dog mothering kitten - this is our sweet sweet dog who has a *need* to mother every creature that gets close to her.
no, in fact my dog wants to be the mother to every other creature she comes across - from cats to chickens. Our cat would take walks with us when we walk the dog and frequently run up to caress herself along side our dogs body and face.
