I like quite a number of things about our country;even though I feel we can be much better in many of the things:


1) The varied Topography and vastness - from Lofty Himalayas to Hill Valleys; to Sea Beaches; To Vast Plains, Deserts and Plateaus .


2)Varied cultures,languages,customs as well as Religious Festivals-
Dipavali, Eid,Dusshera,RamNavami,Navratras,Christmas,GuruParb,Muharram, Buddha Purnima,Mahavir Jayanti etc

This Vastness and Diversity and an underlying Unity inspite of this Diversity is what fascinates me about India .Also; I feel that this Unity in Diversity is still strong inspite of many Present Day problems as well as Negative influence .This is also India's strength .
