Do you suspect any to be trolls who are rating us negatives?

I don't know if there are trolls doing it or not but I do know that when I see a regular's name respond to my discussions that I know whether their comment will be positive or negative. I have this one person that if I see her name I KNOW her comment will be negative guaranteed. Not like she is a bad person or anything, more like she is that moody goth chic from highschool all grown up. LOL

If some feels the urge to leave poor feedback for you then its tough, what can you do and does it really matter ? I don't really pay attention to the ratings anymore as it doesn't acheive anything. Who really cares if one person has a 5 or a 10, I still reply to the threads. It's like being back in school again " my trainer's are better than your's as mine have flux capistor's on them". Get a life ratings mean nothing

Yes I was told of one name and you are friends with this person. He/She has 4500 friends and only 3 posts! Just a hint for you :) Good Luck!

I don't worry so much that i got negative rates. It wont affect a thing on my earning (i guest) or it will affect it? subha12? if it gets affected then i worry.

I have no idea at all, actually we can only guess, but i donno for sure. I do think i have been rated too, but do you think its okay to slip out the names here, so all can see?

hi subha... no i didn't suspect any and i dont care and why should i? there is a story of donkey, farmer and his son... they are going to the market. people saw them and said how foolish the farmer and the son they have a donkey and they did not use it to ride. so the farmer let the boy ride. on the way people saw them and say. look at the rude son riding in the donkey while his poor father is walking. the boy let the father ride the donkey. people saw them and say. lazy old man riding on the donkey while his poor son is walking. so they both ride the donkey. people saw them and say. cruel farmer and son. they both ride the donkey and poor animal. so they get off the donkey and both carry the donkey on their back... the lesson you cant please everybody....if you try to please everybody you end up pleasing no one... ^_^ SMILE ALWAYS...

No I do not suspect any person per se, I don't like to do that because we all can be so wrong. I will leave it up to admin to figure it out.

I have felt that way myself when what I had made went down a few times. I figured I proberly got rated negitive. Which is really chilish to me. I know that it happens though.

I [B]know[/B] who got to my star, without a shadow of a doubt. I don't know if they are the same ones that are minus-ing everyone now or not. I could care less. We all know the star can be manipulated, no matter what we are told it happens. I was 99=100 and was taken down to a 93/100. That was what 10 months now and it hasn't gone back up because I have not been here very much since then.

i would suggest that you ignore them. if they sense that you are annoyed then you will be the target of these people. i would also suggest that you ignore very delicate issues and as much as possible answer it generically.

hi subha! i have seen a lot of your discussions about decreasing ratings and that you are convinced that someone is sabotaging you. to tell you the truth, i did my best to avoid these kind of discussions because personally i think you shouldn't be bothered with this. i myself don't like to be bothered with things like these. as long as i know that i'm not offending anybody, then i don't have to worry about my ratings and stuff. even if someone might be sabotaging me, then the heck with that person. i just do my best to be nice here in myLot and if anyone has a problem with that, then its his problem not mine. i think most people would see that i'm not doing anything wrong and would rate me fairly and that person would be the only one who would desperately rate me negatively. so my advice to you is, if you think that you are not doing anything wrong and that you are not offending anyone here, then you don't have to worry about someone who is sabotaging you because he would awfully fail. if you are losing points and your ratings is decreased, then maybe you should look at other reasons. there are other reasons on how our ratings would decrease, not just by rating us negatively. and also, i think the more you create discussions about this kind of stuff, the more it would backfire to you. especially if you are taking the myLot's admin name and claiming that they are not doing anything. you should be careful on creating discussions like that. anyhow, you should just look at the bright side of myLot and enjoy myLotting.

I suspect everyone and no one. I have a couple that I do suspect actually, but not much because of the widespread effects of it. The people I suspect would just be after me. I saw that you responded to my little speech, I hope you drew some strength from it, and will stay on here at MyLot.

being new here i dont know how to really respond with such sense. maybe what you can do is go to discussions that dont belong to your friends for awhile (try the new members) and or post to discussion that is not a sensitive one. i am not sure, sorry my knowledge is very limited here in mylot. but i guess all you can do now is just ignore it and post with your heart. it wont matter anyway, though i am also confused how that happened. just try to focus on posting more and not much on the rating you are getting. i hope that helps. btw, the fact that you are getting response to your post means there are members here who supports you and values your discussion. takecare and good luck!
