who is your most favourite actor of the lord of the rings and why?  |

 well its a big cast movie with lots of memorable performances,however every one has his own liking and there is some reason for it, lets share it and lets judge who is the most favoured actor/actress of this trilogy?

1.  060157 (256) | 4 weeks ago |  certainly not frodo... lol.. i like those merry and pippin characters... they added the light side to the movie and the actors had done a great job. i think frodo's character was overacted though. umm... the other performances were kinda okay but not that awesome

Who do you really say is the lead role since none of the characters are really the dominant role. There is no one that is seen more then anyone else or revolves solely around. I think Ian McKellen should have been nominated but so could the others who played Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas

That they would wait till the series was done to give them out. Then you have the problem then of who do you nominate? They weren't going to nominate them all so in some ways it's best not to nominate any. | |

| 4. thelastwolf113 (316) | 4 weeks ago |  Aragorn, how could you not love that character. And Samwise, what a great friend to have! Gandalf, Ian McKellen, nobody could have done it better. Faramir, I loved his character too. Merry was funny and sweet.
I loved LOTR trilogy because these are the characters that we my favorites in the book. Peter Jackson did an extraordinary job of bringing this book to life, for me. Usually something is lost in translation from book to movie, but not so with LOTR.
When I read, I can see it in my head, and Peter J. made my vision a reality, even better than my imagination.
