do you know how do we get valuable vitamins through natural food? do u know tips

They are less people who take vegetable food and so i am also like that and i would like to know more information regarding natural food and which type of food contains more vitamins so which type of food do you take usually and so i want to know some tips from you and i think natural food only gives sound result for health as well as for our peace of mind so what do you think about this one?

I am vegeterain and I love to eat vegetables.I take citrus food such as orange,sweetlime or add lime juice in curry for vitamin C.I take this type of food before afternoon. I take sprouted lentils,sprouted beans,grams for vitamin B complex.This type of foods are exellent sources of vitamin B. For vitamin A you can eat yellow fruits or vegetables.One cup carrot juice daily helps your eyes to remain healthy. Cabbage is good source of vitamin D.

I don't know this much of things but i learned so many things from you now and i happy for that one and i know few things and i need to take carrot juice daily and it will good for eyes and health so do you those items daily.
