I take sprouted lentils,sprouted beans,grams for vitamin B complex.This type of foods are exellent sources of vitamin B. For vitamin A you can eat yellow fruits or vegetables.One cup carrot juice daily helps your eyes to remain healthy. Cabbage is good source of vitamin D.
