are bananas good for health? what time do you eat bananas in a day?

I like bananas very much because this fruit contains lot of vitamins as well lot of minerals so it uses for digest different food items so i take bananas usually after taking lunch,dinner and i often take remaining time so do you like bananas so which time is best to take bananas so do you have any suggestions for us?

Too much of something is bad enough, right? Well, all I can for now is that you must know to set or limit your limitations at times. It is just for the fact that banana us good for health and I surely agree with that. As far as I am concerned, it has a great VITAL good effect in our hearts. But overdose of it or too much of it will cause Hyperkalemia which means there is an excess in Potassium. All I can suggest and recommend is that you also try to eat some other sources that also benefits you and don't tend to adhere or stick so much on something. Have a great time eating there my dear friend. ^_^

If we eat more bananas we may get some problems and you told in correct way and i eat daily three times or four times so i am health person so like to eat bananas so much so how many times do you eat banana?

Hi Dasari100! Yes, bananas are good for the health. I take at least one banana a day and bananas are rich in Potassium. Potassium is an element (and an electrolyte) that's essential for the body's growth and maintenance. It's necessary to keep a normal water balance between the cells and body fluids. Potassium also plays an essential role in the response of nerves to stimulation and in the contraction of muscles. Cellular enzymes need potassium to work properly. However, I really don't know if there is a specific time to have a banana. What I know is that you can eat banana anytime of the day. Just my thoughts dear friend. Take care and have a nice day!

I take more than three times in a day because i take in the morning and after the lunch and after dinner so i can digest easily and i love to take those bananas very well and we different type of bananas in my home town so how many types of bananas have you seen in your life?

Dasari Bananas very good for our health. I just love it. It's not only filling but very good whole food a you have said. I think we should eat a banana daily. I take it with my oat meal or with milk corn flakes. My day doesn't start off without it. lol..

Yes bananas are good for you! They contain lots of pottasium....I usually eat bananas in themorning.....I like Toast and Peanut butter sprinkled with flax seed and topped with banana slices...very yummy!

I am a banana eater and I do eat them morning, lunch time, snacks and dinner. Why because bananas are good energy booster. It has fibers along with with 3 kinds of natural sugar such as fructose, glucose and sucrose which are enough to boost my energy and that is why athletes do eat bananas to help them sustain their strenuous activities! How much more! It is rich in pottasium and magnesiumt that is good for the bones, it has Vitamin B-6, B-12, Iron and a lot more. It can cure heartburn, good for anemics, it regulates blood pressure, it gives brainpower and a hundred more ways which will need more space to enumerate all here. So let us all enjoy EATING BANANAS!!!

Actually banana is one of my favorite fruit and still one of my daily favorite eating habit. Yes you were right, banana is healthy and good source of vitamins. I eat banana after meals and sometime banana is my dinner hehehe cuz I need to loose weight.

I don't think banana doesn't work for loosing weight and we can increase our weight anyhow it good and natural fruit for us and how many bananas do you take daily?

Hi there. Bananas, they can be good as long as you don't have any problems with them. They are good to have but there must be someone out there who just can't have them for one reason or more. If I have a banana then I rather have it in the Morning or about Lunchtimeish. Catch ya later.

Banana is not really my favorite fruit. However, I do eat bananas and buy them every week because my hubby likes them. I don't have a particular or specific time when I eat bananas. When I feel eating I just eat it whatever time of the day or night it is. I would eat it with my cereals or just peel it and bite it with some peanut butter spread on it. Sometimes, it would make my lunch.

Hey, I think bananas include vitamins and mostly potassium. Yeah, they are good for you. But you should not eat too much bananas at all. Too much is not good at all. Since that will make you get the craps and go to the bathroom several times that day. Be really careful.

I like to have bananas when they are in the house as a snack. I just peel and eat them, nothing fancy. I like them better when we get them green and let them ripen instead of the chemical induced ripeness you find in a lot of stores. Dan

Bananas are good to eat to help beat the heat. I eat them in the morning if I'm going to be working outside on a hot day. They can be a yummy dessert too. I had a craving for chocolate last night and didn't have much so I split a banana, put a couple of marshmallows on it, sprinkled some dark chocolate and zapped it in the microwave to melt it all. It was yummy. Oh, coconut on top would be even better!

I think one or two bananas a day are good. I also like banana shake, as well as banana with corn/wheat flakes as well as Museli. It tastes too good with them.

Yes, I believe banana is good for health. I usually eat banana after meal. It serves as my dessert. I also like to eat different recipes using banana.
