What to do on my birthday?

My birthday will be this coming July and I don't know how to celebrate it. For the longest time in my life I never really had a birthday celebration. Most of the years don't even have celebration nor dinner, nor friends celebrating it with. I didn't even have the traditional 18th birthday. Because we don't have the money during that time and I have to pay for college.
Can you please tell me some tips on how to celebrate my birthday? I want it to be fun and simple because I really don't have the budget to pull it off. I just want to have a memorable birthday celebration. It will be my 30th birthday by the way.

My birthday is also in July! I am just one year younger. I think a nice picnic would be a good way to celebrate a birthday. It's low bugdet but with the right people there with you, it could be very memorable!

i don't usually celebrate my birthday. even, in my birthday i always expect my friend forget the day. i will turn me cell phone off and going somewhere alone or do my daily routine.
i think you can celebrate your birthday here, in mylot. just announce your birthday by starting discussion about that.
