Classic comedy |
|
Is there anyone who watches classic comedy anymore. I am talking the real classics like Beverly Hillbillies or Green Acres for shows, or maybe Abbot and Costello or Doris Day comedies.

Jakesnake1978 (1155) | 6 months ago | I love Abbott & Costello films, especially WHO'S ON FIRST. And how about the COLGATE COMEDY HOUR? I really enjoy Andy Griffith, Laurel & Hardy, Three Stooges, Green Acres, I Love Lucy, Gilligan's Island, Beverly Hillbillies, and so much more classic comedies. Have you ever heard of TV Land?

jer31558 (2270) | 6 months ago | All those are very funny. And yes, I have heard of tv land but have to admit I dont watch it much anymore. I used to watch it a lot, now I try and catch comedy movies on TCM or AMC. Some of the channels in our area have been airing I Love Lucy and other comedies for years on a daily basis and I have watched many of those again and again. They are still able to make me laugh.

Thanks for the post. You really should check out those Doris Day films though, some were with Tony Randall, Rock Hudson, James Garner, Cary Grant, and some others.
