Business or Job....wat do u feelin comfort more?????

well they are comparable to some extent and both have ups and downs.

when you are working for a company, your work hours are limited, mandated and your salary is fixed - of course it differs if your work is commision based too.. but at least you can expect money every pay day, and that becomes a steady income, something you can anticipate every month or every payroll period.

if you have your own business however, you manage your own time, you put more effort because your money is on the line. some days you gain more, some days you have little... if your business is not so big, you can expect that there will be downfall on earnings and yes.. it can get pretty unpredictable. the problem is, if your business is not earning...

Well..I dont know if freelancing comes under business or job..but I would highly prefer that.

It does invlove risk to an extent ..however since the result completely depends on you and you are the sole reponsibility..it depends more on individual capability.better one works better is the result...The greatest advantage is you dont need to work with those cruel creatures...Bosses.

Yes, both have thier advantages and disadvantages as mentioned by you. Still I prefer job as I feel its secured. The thing is if you have large heart and willing to take hard strides in difficulties job is better. you got to enjoy the job you are doing. thats important! cheers
