the safety of hotmail email

i want to sign up a hotmail email for paypal platform.but i don't know it whether safety? also,when i pay on paypal.com,which station's email is more safe?

Hotmail is very safe and can be used for paypal. Believe me it has some advanced features which are lacking in yahoo and gmail. I love hotmail.

In fact I have used my Hotmail account since 1997. So you can see how long time I have used it. It's my first email account. I am satisfied with it and I don't want to change any other email accounts. I think it's safe. I use it for Paypal, too. I love China
