When was the last time you have Dinner together with your love ones? |
| |
| I would make it a point to have dinner together daily with my immediate family. That's when we share and enjoys on our daily activities and happenings. I would also tried to meet up my relatives in the weekends occasionaly to catch up on each other's life. Most of the time, we would gather for dinner at their place. | | well friends,I think dinner is the only time when all the members of the household are together and that is the time when every one can speak out anything.Same is the case with me.I ,my husband and my children we all have dinner at the dining table and have our dinner together. As we both are working parents and our children go off to school so it is that time when we talk, laugh, and eat as well. | | | | | | |

| | When we planned to get married in 2005 we came from a long distance relationship of a bit more than three years. So we had to decide where to set up our home after marriage. We thought that it would be nice to have our place away from both our immediate families so we are now a 1,5 hours drive from my husbands family and a 3,5 hour drive from my own family. We see both families quite seldom but we dont really mind, its comfortable to keep contact via phone and visits a few times a year but thats more than enough for us. I think none of us really would like more contact with the extended families. | | | | | | |

| | We live in the same town as my husband's parents, and tend to eat with them an evening meal once or twice a month. My parents live about an hour's drive away so we try and make the effort to spend a whole day or afternoon & evening with them at least once a month. We got together about ten days ago. They came to us, and brought my grandmother with them. It was lovely to spend all afternoon and evening together. We were able to catch up on a lot of what was going on in all our lives. I think it is important to spend time with family whenever possible. Blood is thicker than water. And after all they are family. They will always be there for us, and we will always be there for them. Friends are important, but you cannot replace your family. | | | | | | |
