Today is the first day Six Flags opens in our area. My boyfriend and I just got a season pass! The lines usually suck and are too long, but rides are so great! We like to go to a variety of different parks, but today we just chose the closest one. We LOVE rollercoasters. Other rides are okay, but roller coasters are our absolute favorite. How many people love roller coasters?

Hello Bethany, It will always scare me, LOL, I never try riding it since because by just looking at it, I feel like I will never survive! Have a great day!

when I was young I used to love roller coasters but now as I age I had them. I don't really like any rides anymore. They just make my stomach queasy.

Fantastic!!!!!! A Fellow " Coaster -Demon " !!!!!! I love to go to Cedar-Point up here in Sandusky ,OH. I went the Opening week of Millenium 2000 . You are right the lines are terrible On those Kinds of Rides!!!!! If I remember correctly ( and you can correct me ) I think The Drop on " The Millenium " is 300 ft. I haven't been to an Amusement Park , since my little One Was Born. ( I actually have to be some-what responsible as to what I let him watch Me do ) I don't want him jumping On Coasters ' till he's 25 / 30. But I have an aweful story about the Millenium , and this always happens to be just my luck.....which is why I am so Comfortable with Bathroom Jokes......... Before going on the Millenium , my husband and I went outside the park to a nearby restaurant which Mainly serves Fast food Chicken. I will not Mention the Name of it Don't worry. So.....we get Back to the park....We stand in line for 2 1/2 hours we're finally on the platform to get on the ride......and wham!!!!!!!! The Chicken is starting to talk to me......And I start freakin' out because I start envisioning what will happen to the poor people Behind Me????????? What if this ride actually Scares Me?????? I'm already in a precarious predicament!!!!!!!! The Fear was Terrible. Not about the Ride Mind you.....that was the Last thing On my Mind! So.......with MUCH intsetinal fortitude.....I soldiered On......... I Kept My eyes Open the Whole time..( Iusually do anyhow....But I wasn't taking any Chances!!!!!!! ) I made it through ( Unscathed , rather the Other riders did ) and Had a Fantastic Ride right before My Madd -Dash to the Powder-Room!!!!!!! I Can't stand Greasy-Food!!!!! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone else??? You're getting ready to do something really Important where you're with a lot of people and it hits you??????? I guess I'm just Lucky!

I like roller coasters if they are not too intense. Somewhere along the way I developed a fear of heights and drops bother me (so no Tower of Terror type things, thank you very much), but I still love most roller coasters.
