Almost every day I use casettes. I have hundreds of casettes with the music of my youth (that makes me sound really old 
) and I prefer listening to them than some of the 'noise' on the radio nowadays.

yes, agreed! I also find old songs as very good ones. I am an amateur dj on an internet radio and I always play older songs. I also consider most of the current ones as "noise".
However, it is hard to tell people what art is :)
In addition, I didn't mean that the music in cassettes are bad, I just wanted to say I am not using cassettes for years but still listening to the old songs from my computer :)

That probably when I was in my Senior High School. wow its a long long time ago. :D Then the CD really rules the music for a decade or so. and of course like all we know, now is the i-pod era. What they will come out in afew years to replace i-pod, I wonder??

I have preserved 20 years old cassettes. Today morning I was listening to EDDIE RABBIT'S. Some cassettes can really outsmart the CD'S/DVD'S, as they are unique on their own. Old is always Gold. Isnt?

Uhmmmm... Jeez! I think it was 4 years ago when I was in college because we have to use a casette to record the song that we need to interpret with our MTV project.

I listen to them in between the C.D's. I have alot of old favorites that I just enjoy to no end. Why should I Not use them if they are still worth listening to.
