How many years do you use same brand of your shampoo, or you just keep on changing your shampoo.

i have used the same three brands of shampoo and conditioner for about 10 years now but i alternate them to keep from having the build up caused by using one kind for a while

wow! how you many to keep them alternate, maybe i will be lazy on that, even im using only one shampoo & one conditioner but sometimes i dont like to use conditioner just a shampoo.

Sometime i change my brand of shampoo if i feel my hair is dry or become oily, but i always come back to my kind of brand.shampoo is one of he important thing for hygienes which we need to fucos too.

I change my shampoos frequently. Its not healthy for your hair to use the same shampoo for a long length of time. It almost becomes immune to whatever they are using in it. Its best to change it from time to time.
