anyone watched that kung fu superstars fusion movie? i watched this and its totally piece of trash! the whole story is far more than non-sense and really boring! there is no tension at all! both so-called kung fu superstar used replaced actors, and only fighting at the scene while camera close up! um...overall my comment on this movie is~ you better save the ticket money for another popcorn!

Foremost, I'd say that I liked Jackie Chan then as an actor even before Jet Li became popular; particularly the roles he portrays, injecting his sense of humor in almost every part he makes. And when his co-star in this movie started to be seen in the limelight, I also liked his acting prowess and I think he does his moves well, including his knowledge and skills in kung fu. But what I consider the best movie Jet Li has ever made is the movie, 'The One'. In fact, my husband and I have watched this for more than three times already. Honestly, my spouse and I still haven't seen The Forbidden Kingdom in theaters but we both decided to wait for its local release in DVD format instead, probably a couple of months from now. Somehow, we regard buying original DVD copies of films as a form of investment. It was just unfortunate that several of our DVDs were stolen five months ago, from the apartment we are renting. Anyway, I'll be looking forward to watching this movie if and when we already have a copy of it or if it's already available locally in cable channels; whichever comes first. I guess you see it the other way around, but anyone is entitled to his own choice and comments.

yeah i agree that the movie had no solid storyline. im quite disappointed with it because i thought the movie with big superstars in it have enticing concept. so far for the choreography, it quite good. as expected. i beg to disagree because it was documented that Jackie Chan never used double for his stunts because at the very moment of it he sometimes change the choreography. i dont know about Jet Li though.
