2. everlasting (9961) | 2 years ago | I know red wine is good in thinning the blood but this other advantage is new to me. maybe you should try this out but in moderation. There is nothing to lose. if it came from the grapes, i suggest that the grapes are better eaten than drink the red wine.

Lakota12 (17244) | 2 years ago | oh I eat the grapes too but it also says something about the fermenting the skin and seeds into the wine that helps

6. winterose (17896) | 2 years ago | Yes I heard that too, but just one glass a day, some people would use this as an excuse to get drunk. My family drink wine all the time with their meals. My brother in law is from France.

7. Modestah (7932) | 2 years ago | I will have to look into that link. I happen to like red wine, so that sounds like a good excuse to splurge on a jug. I have also heard that it is good to take an ounce a day for the heart - and for general relaxation. I had a doctor recommend an ounce a day during lactation, I doubt they promote that any more... it would be rather taboo I suppose.

10. ljegbers (5761) | 2 years ago | My mom told me this. One glass of red wine (not white) every night and it helps lower your blood pressure, reduces risk of heart disease and cancer.
