how important is flower in the stage of courtship?

Flowers are have become a symbol of romance in a relationship and while I like to get them I do not need them. If you want to impress me give me something different. Surprise me. But if you can not come up with soemthing other then flowers then make it something besides roses.

Flowers are very useful in courtship. It can make a relationship stronger and it can help catching the attention of the other partner. It can convey the feelings that other partner should also be as good as flowers. I love to present flowers on the special occasions like birthdays etc.

Flowers signifies femininity most of the time. And girls like them very much since it symbolizes affection and concern for them. Flowers are important indeed. They make you closer to girls; thus, giving you more chances of winning her.

hello, when my husband is courting me, he never give me flowers as he dont know how to speak mandarin at that time and dont know the area well so he asked me what my favorite chocolate was and he bought all that chocolates to the store he went and give it all to me. yum yum! now (for 5 years), he gives me all kinds of gifts and usually a flower will be given to me when we go to a nursery farm or flower market and he will buy me the plant (yes plant LOL) coz i can keep it forever and always have the flower with me whenever it blooms. pretty smart ei? i am not a material (clothes, jewelries, flowers, kitchen stuff, etc.) kind of person so whether he give it or not i will be as happy as i am now. i only cared about him and to have him is all that matters. the others are just bonus and part of the spicing up our relationship. anyway, flowers and chocolates and marshmallow are all sweet stuff to have. takecare!

Flowers are very romantic and it makes women feel special you are very right. Women love romantic men. Most men act like they couldn't care less about a woman but flowers and perfume and little sweet gestures show that they really do.

I don't ask for flowers. It's a sweet gesture, but I think they look better in the ground in nature. Plus they sit on the window ledge and I forget about them and they die and it seems like a waste of money since they're usually expensive. I'd rather have something else. Flowers are an easy answer. I'd want something more creative that someone's put more thought into.

Flowers are really important. Even if she says not to bring them. I told my bf not to waste money on flowers anymore, and was very disappointed when he stopped. But now and then he will pick some and they smell and look so beautiful, it makes me so happy!

I think flowers are lovely but they shouldn't be important to a relationship otherwise the feelings between the two people appear to depend on gifts when love should be entirely unconditional. I think it is always nice to demonstrate mutual feelings in courtship in all kinds of ways, but it shouldn't just be around giving flowers. However, it is always lovely to receive flowers unexpectedly, especially as a surprise, and they do brighten up a space wonderfully. :o)

I do love flowers, but I do prefer to see them in a garden or an outside tub so that they can keep growing and living. Plus, I have terrible hayfever and so it is hard sometimes for me to have flowers in the house, so it was a bit hard for a man to court me and bring me flowers!!

for me it was not that important because my wife has asthma and she is allergic with flowers. she loves flowers but the asthma will attack so i would rather give her something that will not make her sick. during courtship i gave her once only then when she informed me about her asthma i didnt buy her flowers anymore. the second on i bought her long stem roses that i gave her when she came home from work abroad and i made sure that the roses are sealed in a box.

Yup, that is the traditional way and it is really sweet for a guy to give us flowers. My boyfriend didn't give me flowers though in the stage of courtship... lolz... He give me chocolates and a favorite book. Sweet as well!

yes friends,flowers are important in the stage of courtship because it adds to the charm of love.In other words you can say that it proves to be a catalyst between the two.It increases the fragrance of love.I dont think that there is any lady in this world who does not like flowers or appreciate them.
