Thanks to a dear dear friend here on mylot, she started a discussion about what happened to my mother being in the ICU. I've left a long response (#12) on her discussion explaining all that has gone down. Here's a the link to it in case you didn't see the update.

It's a wonderful thing to have a friend who will be there when you needed. You are definitely blessed for having such a friend. I have been also in mylot for quite some time and have known friends who are helpful and understanding. May their tribe increase. A wonderful day to you though your post is not intended for me. I hope it will not destroy your mood!

Oh no never!! I'm glad you've responded. Right now I'm so dogged tired that I can't really think straight but wanted to let you know, I'm not offended in the least bit and hope you respond to other discussions of mine as well!

I have responded to Books post sweety! I am so sorry that you have yet more stress raining down on you - that is the last thing you need at the moment! Your poor Mom - at least she is not in ICU now and that has to be good! I would be putting in an official complaint that your mother was neither washed nor fed - that is total neglect and should not be allowed to happen to any patient! You have my prayers sweety - please let us know how things are going! xxx

Gosh Cats how did I miss all this? No wonder you've been MIA in my email!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this terrible time sweets. You know that. And poor hubby - he must be so torn between his mom and you and yours. Give him a big hug for me and tell him he tops in my book! I'll email you soonest.
