Are tv commercials deceiving? |
|
I was watching television this morning and I saw this shampoo advertisement. There were women in the commercial who had perfect beautiful hair. It was bouncy and shiny. The commercial says that if you use their hair product then you will have bouncy and shiny hair as well. I think that tv commercials are deceiving. They will do anything just to convince you to purchase their product. What do you think?

2. ExodusRain (91) | 3 months ago | Completely agree. I've actually tried those "so called" shampoos and my hair didn't come out like that. Kind of like those Axe and Tag commercials. They say they draw women in like magnets. My boyfriend tried some and it actually chased me away. It's smell is not appealing to me. Food commercials, subway shows this over packed sub, so when I go in and get the same thing, there was barely anything on it. They wouldn't put more meat on and the other igredients I had to pay extra for. That's what they do. The advertise to the point they're exaggerating to catch your attention and most of use repeatedly fall for it. I know I do still. I just have this ounce of hope each time that maybe for once what they show is what I get.

3. ladysakurax (343) | 3 months ago | I do watch advertisement but I am not a type of person who's going to get influenced easily lol. I just buy the cheapest shampoo for my hair and they are healthy. The ones with the anti dandruff is the worst of the kind. i have never tried but apparently, if you stop using it, there will be even more dandruff.
