Gastric Bypass - Im 16  | |  I've heard that kids under 12 have had this done. Im in the 300s and i think this is better for my health, considering my weight is hereditary. However, my worries about it are this: Hair Thinning and Hair Loss.
How often does that happen to people who have G/B done?? Coz... i need this in order to save my life later. Eating Healty and Excersizing aren't cutting it. I've not lost a single pound, but GAINED... and I've been workin my behind off!!
So - no this is NOT Lipo, people... this is Gastric Bypass...tightening the stomach limiting my stomach to the peak of apetite. "Woa..okay were full don't eat anymore" when it's only a little bit yano?? But my TOP WORRY...is the Hair Loss...how often does that happen to people who get the bypass??

Have you consulted a doctor? Is this what he suggested?
Have you looked into banding instead? It might be safer and the band can be adjusted.
How are you going to deal with the way your skin will hang after this works? Once the weight starts dropping off, you will need some kind of plastic surgery to tighten up the skin.
Please research this and compare with the banding. And make sure a doctor gives you the ok.

But the skin - thats where excersize (as i do daily btw) comes in. Excersize and polates and cardio work outs dont really do anything for me. Idk why=/... but anyway, Yes i've considered, and yes I will of course consult my doctor. Thanks so much for being concerned:) there's descent people out there; about time one of them talked to me! lol. | |
