Do You Like Watching Old Black & White Movies?  

O yeah, the old Kurosawa movies, black and white and still better then 99% of the color flicks, Seven Samurai owns.

hi lady! if i have the chance i will watch. but i will not exactly look for it. :-) i mean, if i have to pay to watch, i would have second thoughts. but when i was in college, we had film appreciation as a course and most of the movies we reviewed were old movies, in black and white, and some were even without sound. and it was okay. i find them still entertaining, :-)

I really like My Fair Lady. I have seen other B&W movies but to me that one is the best.

I have some series of the three stooges and early film of Disney from Snow White's DVD. I wish I have Charlie Chaplin's classics. I want my kids to see this to somehow appreciate its artistic value and the efforts put by those men and women in such a very delimiting media.

if the movie has a nice theme and the story is good. mean if overall the movie is soemthign whic you can see thn i have no problems.

It's a must for the ols movies that what they had to work with, and like all good crafts masters they show there finest work with MONO film.

In 1939, The wizard of oz, showed how the masters work both colour and B/W togethet and that should never be changed

We dont need colour till we are in OZ.

She same for the HIDEN GARDEN, the old one, only when you go into the garden do you get colour, but the B/W is so important to the story.

Me I love movies, some I will see a dozen times as though and it still, like its the fisrt time.

I like the old Abbott and Costello movies as well as some of the black and white television shows like The Munsters and original Addams Family. I'm not a huge fan of the colorization process that they are using to "update" movies .. leave them alone, they have more charm that way.

I love old black and white movies, my favorite is Citizen kane. Citizen Kane is the greatest movie ever made, and it is near the top of the list of anyone who has any kind of understanding of the artistic portion of filmmaking. It was revoloutionary in many ways, including one of the first movies to have location shots. The story is great, and the cinematography is some of the best ever seen. A tour de force.

Hi lady. Me too I love old movies no matter if black and white or color. I think that old movies are better than most of the news ones.
