I would like to suggest peach! 'prunus Persica'the scientific name of the peach, suggests that peaches came from Persia, but China is actually the peach's original home. Oeaches were originally from an area near the city of Xian, CHina, They were cultivated in China at least 3,000 years ago, Wild peaches, called'Maotao'or ýieta'', still grow in remote areas of China. Peaches spread to Russia and Persia (present-day Iran) probably because Chinese traders dropped peach pits along theri trade routes, Alexander the great and his armies found the peaches in Persia and brought them to Greece. Most Europeans assumed that peaches came from perso,a Thrroughout the next centuries, Peaches were spread all over Eurpe, The Spanish brought peaches to America. Today, the peach is grown in at least 64 countries worldwide, the U.s produces about 20% of the world's peaches. Peaches are good for you because they area a source of vitamins A and C and they are a good source of fiber especially with the peal. Peaches are also a good source of potassium and contain some calcium, magesium, phosphorus and folate. According to my own experience, eating more peach can my you skin more soomth and lighter! : ) I really love it

i think one apple per day is good for our health. A group of chemicals in apples could protect the brain from the type of damage that triggers such neurodegenerative diseases as Alzheimer's and Parkinsonism, according to two new studies from Cornell University food scientists. The studies show that the chemical quercetin, a so-called phytonutrient, appears to be largely responsible for protecting rat brain cells when assaulted by oxidative stress in laboratory tests. Phytonutrients, such as phenolic acids and flavanoids, protect the apple against bacteria, viruses and fungi and provide the fruit's anti-oxidant and anti-cancer benefits. Quercetin is a major flavanoid in apples. Antioxidants help prevent cancer by mopping up cell-damaging free radicals and inhibiting the production of reactive substances that could damage normal cells. The studies show that additional apple consumption not only may help reduce the risk of cancer, as previous studies have shown, but also that an apple a day may supply major bioactive compounds, which may play an important role in reducing the risk of neurodegenerative disorders,
