I used to chew gum all the time, but haven't really been into it for the last 12 months or so.
I don't really know why, but I actually stopped/lessened around the time I stopped smoking, even though I've been chewing gum since I was little.

It doesn't have one of the shell sort of outsides, so it's quite soft=)
