How many email addresses do you really own?

i have 5 yahoo accounts, 1 gmail account and 1 hotmail account so all in all i have 7 accounts

I have 2 personal email addresses, one from yahoo and the other gmail. I have several for work, due to the nature of my job. I alao have two email addresses used mainly for my internet stuff.

I guess it really depends on one's lifestyle if one needs one or more email addresses. Considering how easy it is to open a free email account, I guess it goes without saying that anybody can get a new one everytime they need one. Furthermore, most emails get spammed quickly. I experienced this and I have two close two email accounts because of that phenomena.

So, to each his own when it comes to how many email addresses is enough.

Well, for many years I had just one. Then I changed to a second one. I did have a third one that I gave to family and friends- it was through my website but when I stopped using the website, I had to have them all change back. I won't do that to everyone (or myself) again. I have had my current email for about 5 yrs, minus the brief stint with the website email...lol.

Now I have 3 more- but they are for specific reasons. I have one for my Avon customers. One for my online earning things (ptc, ptp, etc). And I also have one for the business my husband and I own.

It was kind of funny...one day I got an email from a very good family friend. She had sent an email to my email account for the business, but I am certain she didn't know it was going to me because the tone of the email was one of unfamiliarity. The publication was brand new and I think she'd been asked by someone else in her organization to 'contact the editor at this address'. Because she has my personal address and the business addy doesn't have my name in it, she had no way to make the connection. lol.

when i was still a newbie in cyberspace, i used to signup for every single free- email-add website. i thought that i am more lucky than others for being able to do so. then as i get more knowledgeable on using the internet, i have decided i'll just keep one that i can use for all my online emailing needs. there's spam filter anyway, so i don't need to worry about my inbox being filled with junk mails. i can just delete them anytime anyways. and now with yahoo's no limit mail storage, deleting is usually not an option that i consider. i just segregate the ones that are more important. others, i just leave sitting in my inbox.

so currently i only have two. one for personal use and the other my work email.

i had one yahoo account that I used to use, but yahoo became such a pain so i swtiched to gmail, I have had two "main" accounts (i just made all my emails from the old one formward to the new one, the name on the old one was bad and too childish). I also have some spam email adresses (1 mainly) that I just use to sign up to sites which I don't need/want updates from

i have 10 accounts in all..includin msn,yahoo,hotmail,gmail etc etc..

I think I´ve registrated at leat 5-7.
But I only use 2 different adresses for my mails,and 1 adress for my paypal account

I have only 1 though I don't do alot of buisness type stuff on the internet like alot of these people do. Alot of people have several. I can see haveing 2 or 3 but but a bunch how does one keep track of them all? lol.

Before i usually have many email addresses and its hard for me to manage all lolz! Right now i maintained only 2 email address, One for my primary or important stuff and the other one for subscription for games and other websites.

I think 2 are enough . I have 2 mail yahoo boxes: one used for fill in register form on internet, one used for contact with my friends and my family .
I don't want have to many e mail address because I can't remember all user names and passwords .
