Got wrist pain just of mylotting???

Anyone here get wrist pain coz of mylotting a lot..oh my god,i got that yesterday..though i dint do much on mylot yesterday i had this funny pain on my left wrist..Am never used to lots of typing work and hence i got this is guess..i started to type lots only after i joined mylot..lol..eventhough being in a software industry for 10 long years..So now tell me..anyone here got wrist pain coz of mylotting??

You should be careful this condition known as repetitive strain, can cause long term problems.
I know i was a hairdresser for years but had to give it up because i was doing the same things all day.
Do you have a wrist rest like a mouse mat but a long thin one that you can rest your arms on when tying. Will help stop the pain. You really don't want that kind of pain it can stop you doing all sorts of things if it gets bad. Please be careful.
