Unintentional suicide...Is there such a thing?

There are persons who cause their own deaths due to the choices they make.
I am thinking of cases such as:
*trying to treat a condition themselves instead of seeking professional help.
*a discussion I visited earlier was based on this one...refusing to get medical attention after an accident.
*being stubborn about leaving an area in the case of an impending natural disaster even after the authorities issued a warning to vacate.
*some kid playing around with a gun which accidentally went off and shot him.
I am sure there are other similar cases you can add where someone may have caused their own death without setting out to commit suicide. I would certainly like to hear of them.
Would you agree that these can be classified as unintentional suicide?
