|  Marvin Harrison the Colts pro-bowl receiver is being investigated in a shooting. In recent years there have been several NFL players involved in criminal behavior, but never Marvin Harrison. He was seen as a model NFL player.
Now he may be involved in a shooting. Makes you said for not only the state of the NFL, but the state of the world when violence is so quickly the answer.

| |  What an idiot!!! The colts, my home team,have finally started getting their stuff together, winning games, and championships and superbowl. Why why oh why would he do something so stupid. He is a great player a valuable player. It better have been self defense, cause if he gets locked away I will be very upset with him.

| | Ya and while the timing of something like this is never good, the timing couldn't be worse. After the draft, after some trades.
Hopefully things will turn out okay for Marvin. He seemed like such a good guy. I will wait until the evidence is in to form an opinion. He is after all innocent until proven guilty.
If he does get charged, the Colts better contact the Bengals about Chad Johnson. | | | |

| |  I was SHOCKED to hear this. However, this is apparently not his first run-in. A few years ago, he allegedly shoved and choked a ball "boy" before a Jets game because the Jets kicker was warming up by kicking balls that were going too close to Harrison. The League handled this interally. Then, about 3 years ago at the Pro Bowl, he shoved three boys who were seeking his autograph. The matter settled quietly.
So, maybe, he has just managed to keep out of major trouble. But, a shooting now. With a gun that he claims never left his house found on the car wash premises? Either he is being set up and he just told a very stupid lie that will cost him big time.
