My sister has been telling me about this St. Francis Hospital cleansing diet that has what she says has a tasty soup as its base and allows other foods at certain times in the diet. The diet is apparently used by patients prior to their having heart surgery... She said she had good success with it and that it is best as a jumpstart to other diets and does make a person lose a lot of weight.
One man was telling me that I should consider a supplement from Vitamin Shoppe which he said has its label on it and is recommended for weight loss.. I have never tried it.
I was wondering if anyone else had heard of either of these?
What has your experience of weight loss diets and supplements been?
What has worked for you?

I'm sorry to hear about this...
My sister raved ahout the St. Francis Hospital diet because it was made for heart patients...
I have no clue though if it would work for either of us.
