What's your favourite Chicken recipe?

Once a week??Hi.My name is lonewolf and I am a chickenaholic.I love chicken.Since I decide what to make/eat for dinner,I usually have chicken 2 or 3 times a week and usually just shake and bake or fry.Now,I love red meat as well(I am basically a meat and potatoe guy),but give me fried chicken with the skin slightly burnt and I will love you forever.Please do not mind my drooling....

I love chicken roll. It is the best. My mom loves cooking it for us every once in a while or if we request it.

Chicken fried rice is a healthy, one dish meal.
Like all fried rice dishes, Chicken fried rice tastes best when using leftover cooked rice.
Ingredients:
4 cups cold cooked rice
8 ounces cooked chicken chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup green peas
1 medium onion, diced
1 green onion, diced
Seasonings (add according to taste)
Light Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Oil for stir-frying, as needed
Preparation:
Beat the eggs lightly, add a dash of salt
Chop the chicken meat and dice the onion and green onion.
Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the wok and cook over medium heat, turning over once. Cook the other half the same way. Cut the egg into thin strips, and save for later.
Stir-fry the onion on high heat for a few moments, remove and set aside. Do the same for the green peas.
Add oil, turn down the heat to medium and stir-fry the rice. Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Add the chicken, onion and green peas and combine thoroughly. Serve chicken fried rice with the strips of egg on top and the green onion as a garnish. (Alternately, you can mix the green onion and egg in with the other ingredients.

Two recipes I fall back on for ease and because I always have the stuff on hand; lightly dusted with seasoning salt and grill on the barbeque and baked in the oven with simply a can of cream of mushroom soup poured over it. The grilled chicken I can just throw any veggie I have with it and call it a meal. The soup recipe I serve over rice and like to have just a tossed green salad with it.

I love chicken so much, I eat chicken twice a week, we have many recipes for chicken, very soon, I will provide you with chicken recipe ....I can make very delicious recipes with chicken, as I stay in India we use lot of mirchi ....

I like chicken dishes very much.I like most of the meals with chicken.Chicken fry,chicken broast,shewarma,shawaya,Thandoory,sixty five,ginger chicken,chicken biriyani...But i cannot give any recipe of them.I dont know how to cook it.Thanks Toosh

I love chicken and like to eat it often. I have several ways to prepare it. Baked, stir-fried with veggies over rice, cooked with rice as a skillet meal fried or grilled. I like it in Tetrazzini, or in a salad. It is also good in Sour Cream chicken enchallads or King Ranch Chicken.
