What do you think of ABS-CBN and GMA?

just because i hate how the lopezes control everything from electricity to water to cable. plus, i really dig the children's shows of gma 7. of course, my daughter loves art angel so gma 7 gets my vote. i just think, over-all, gma has a more balanced programming and has better quality shows and stars.

of course, i prefer cable channels over these two. local programming has really taken a dip these past few years. there are no more good shows. qtv is good and that's a gma 7 affiliate. so still, gma 7 lords it over pathetic absolutely bogus 2.

ABS-CBN they have more ads man..

for me gMa is more better than abs cbn because they give quality shows and i like the stars of gMa than Abs Cbn...

Both of them suck. And both of them are equally responsible for the "dumbing down" of the Filipinos. Both of them produce noontime tv shows that portray children and preteens as sexual objects. Both of them hire tv hosts and artists who can't speak grammatically correct english (which in turn are emulated by tv viewers). Both of these tv stations slant their news stories to promote their own biases and interests, (well ABS-CBN actually does this even more especially when a Lopez-owned company is affected).

In the mid-70's up to the mid-80's, GMA 7 was actually a great TV station. Generation X pinoys actually learned how to speak good and fluent English just from growing up watching GMA 7 shows. Uncle Bob (Stewart), who founded GMA 7, must be rolling in his grave now, at the way GMA7 has degenerated into the same crap that ABS CBN is.

I like GMA better.. They start fads when it comes to the shows...in my opinion, ABS just thinks of something similar to what GMA is showing para ipantapat sa show. And we can see that GMA shows rate higher compared to the shows of the opposing network.

1. It depends on the show or a program if which is gaining in terms of ratings. There are times it was abs cbn or gma

2. I like the quality of show in abs cbn of course their drama programs. I really like the story line and the script. But what I don't like here is that when it comes to reality it is becoming UNREAL unlike in channel 7 it is becoming walang kinikilingan walang kasinungalingan serbisyong totoo lamang.

3. I would rather choose the abs cbn or kapamilya stars since I believe that they are fully trained in terms of acting. Even if they are newbie they still did the good quality of acting.
