Let’s say you have a big paper and presentation due tonight for grad school. How long ago, or when would you have started on it?

I like to be prepared, but knowing me and the way I always put things off, I would probably have started on it a few days ago.. Not good but that is the way that I am.. I did say that I like to be prepared but I don't like to prepare.. If I were very intelligent then I might not have started on it until the very latest possible time..

I think most kids absolutely hated me when I was in college....I was one of those nerds that would start preparing and writing up a paper or presentation the moment the topic was announced rather than work on it the night before like most did, so in other words, I often had my papers/presentation prepared and done months before it was due...don't ya just hate me...hehee

I would have started it weeks ago and done a little bit on it each night, I had deadlines, they would make me nervous so I started way in advance.

I would have started it when it was assigned, as don't like to wait until the last minute. Good luck with the paper and presentation. I have thought about going back to college.

I would have started at least a month prior. I generally begin by gathering information. Then we have to put things in order. Next, putting it in my own words. Then I go back over everything and check the spelling, the structure, and make sure I don't have any accidental repeats, lol. Usually something else pops into my head that I want to add, so that takes us back to research.
A month gives me time to get it all done without focusing 24/7 on it.
