Cats and Dogs waste- how do I stop them from coming back to my garden.

I am so fed up with cleaning up after my neighbors cat waste. The cat likes to come over to my garden and deposit his/her waste in my rose garden. The smell is horrible. I spent over 100.00 trying to purchase products to disguise the smell so they don't return. That has failed. Does anybody have any suggestions. I hate having to clean up somebody else's pet waste and spending money doing so as well. Thanks

Sounds like you need to have a conversation with your neighbor. They may not know about their cat coming into your yard. See if you can get them to keep the cat inside, or at least come clean out your garden after you cat has been in it!

Actually they know. Everbody on the block knows that too. I just moved in about a 10 months and they seem to think it is ok since am new to the block I am so fed up of the stinky smell and don't want to pay anymore money to buy sprinkles or pellets to keep them away. Anyhome remedy sugestions?
