have you ever got headache in your life? do you have any advices to reduce that

I got maximum ten times in my life and i know so many people suffering so many problem for that one and we won't able to do that work it comes and usually it comes from the cold because i have seen people like that and our mind won't work if we get so we need to do breathing exercises for that one to reduce our headache and to relax our body and mind your self and shake your head slowly so if it is possible do bath and i got good results so why don't you try it once so do you have any additional tips for that one.

I think it may not work and it is better to keep only ice cubs on the head so we can get some relax rather than is not good anyhow for allergies breathing exercises is good for you.

getting headache is really irritating....n cold even more irritating..i have also experienced these...as people have mentioned to take paracetomal which gives a complete relief,one can actually divert her/his mind into something that makes them forget about headache..for instance if i get headache i take d tablet,have a cup of coffee.in addition to that i hear melodious music..as time passes i would feel better and completely forget about headache..its about diverting your mind into something that interests u and make u feel happy when ur suffering from illness..this doesnt guarantee that your headache is completely gone but makes u feel better...

Of course it irritates all the time and we won't do any work if we get that and i am trying to overcome on that and i hope i will soon over come totally but i can say we can reduce through breathing exercises.

Headaches could be killing and can change you whole day to a disaster. I have seen my mom coping with it time and again. Luckily she has been overcoming it. I do face the problem sometimes and those occasions I have to take analgesics and have to sleep it out. Nothing works more that sleeping. The reason for having headaches for me is the fact that I do not eat in proper time and that causes it all. I think maintaining a daily routine helps to a great extent.

You gave good views for us and so many people can't do proper timings for routine things or activities so we are need to sleep minimum hours so then we can overcome on that one.

i think when you are experiencing headache daily.. you really need to have a complete bed rest. :)
taking paracetamol a day is good to help you relieve that pain. i do not suggest that you take mefenamic acid since pain relievers will later on have a bad side effects later on.

yes, that is right. You need a complete rest. When I have headache, I have to really sleep and take 1 or 2 tablets of paracetamol or biogesic in order to ease my pain. It worked for me. Hope you will get well soon. Take care.

I'm sorry about that my friend I hope that you don't get headache often. I also have the same problem like you. My headache comes from my eyes and my sinus problem. Also from stress and sometimes colds. We need to take medical action for this to get well. So thats all I can advice, take medical action and you also need a BIG REST for yourself. I know its hard because we need to sacrifice some of our time. But it helps a lot my friend.

In my research it will come when think and concentrate in one particular issue so we may get headache at the time so i have so many tips to reduce our headache and i don't do any medicine without medicine i can reduce our headache.

Some times i won't leave us and our mind won't work so we need to take proper guidance for that one and i suffered lot from that one but now i am not getting because i am doing some physical exercises.

Hi dasari100, my friend, i am suffering from migraine when i was very young. my teacher use to send me back home.one day in my school there was a doctor's visit day and he he told us about headaches, their causes, symptoms and remedies.
there are four kinds of primary headaches.i was suffering from migraine was also told by him.he told that deficiency in Magnesium can cause regular headaches, cluster headaches and migraines. Magnesium helps hte muscle surrounding the vein and arteries relax. thereby incresing the flow of blood.
if you are suffering from cluster headache then 400mg of magnesium 3x a day before bedtime is helpful.

I would advise you to tie your head with a cloth. Tight it well. Then find a peaceful place, cross your legs, close your eyes, and try to meditate on something. If you don't know the step of meditation, then it does not matter - just sit peacefully with the eyes closed and try to concentrate on something. You will notice that you will be in a peaceful state of mind...Try doing it, it works!
