I would like to know who or where you can go when your attorney do not do right by you like I want to go to court I don't want the settlement and he wont let me. I asked him to release me because I know that he is not a good attorney, I was in a car accident and I am now disabled at the time I file for this law suit I did not know that the Social Security was going to grant me my disability due to this accident and the settlement is only for 10.000 and that is not right I am due home keeping me for my worker that took care of me of 9.600.00 and there also are some doctor bills that has not been paid that also want me to pay them as well. They don't want me to go to the doctor any more or pay any more doctor bills for me. nana05

You can fire an atty at any time, you can call the legal bar association and lodge a formal complaint against him and they may be able to recommend someone good.

you have every right to fire yer attorney. they work for YOU, and if this person isnt representing you as you wish to be represented? kick em to the curb and find a new lawyer!!
