This dream wont get out of my head

I had one of those dreams that you cant quit thinking about. Well last night I had a dream that I gave birth to a daughter that only weighed a pound and she ended up on life support and I had to make the descion to let her go or keep her. If I kept her she wouldnt have a benefitial life. I was wandering if anyone would know why I had a dream like this and possibly what it indicates

Do you have a daughter? Have you always wanted to have a daughter? Probably at the back of your mind you were always dreaming or wanting to have one. Have you experienced miscarriage at any point of your life? Do you have friends who had one? Probably that was also what was bothering you.
Just some thought. I'm not a doctor though.. just a concerned mom
